Thought Provoking and Motivational

This was my first brush with the great Marcus Aurelius and his work in “The Meditations”. Having heard so much about the “The Meditations” and the great scholar, emperor, philosopher I was eager to read it but kept getting caught up in the made race of life.
This well presented book “Meditations- The Best Quotes of Marcus Aurelius” caught my eye while I was searching his work to end my long awaited thirst for his quotes. I enjoyed each moment of this book and each passing lines enriched my heart, mind and made me think and notice about Life and other emotions. A quote is a miniature form of emotions all compressed into that very quote. I now see life differently because of this book. My confidence has increased and now nothing can shake that off. Just a quote from this book can keep anyone going. This book must be there as an asset with everyone who likes to read thought provoking and motivational work. It is highly recommended by me.

Marcus Aurelius (121CE to 180CE) was a great Roman scholar,emperor & military leader who is now most respected for his great book 'Meditations'. He simply wrote down his simple thoughts in 'Meditations' without expecting any recognition. This book is a collection of quotes from Meditations about major topic on faith, time & dying, people & society, self-respect, think & working, and art & science. This quotes are really thoughtful,inspirational & gives a positive attitude on life & society. I enjoyed really reading the great quotes of Marcus & highly recommend it to all.
